Regular Executive Committee Board Meetings are held at 6:30 PM on the first Monday of each Month less a holiday which is then held on the first Tuesday of the Month.

The regular December meeting will be combined with the annual Christmas Party.

There is a twenty dollar charge to cover the cost of food and service to be prepaid on line. There is a cash bar.
